c類數(shù)顯Q表工作頻率范圍是10kHz～60MHz,是一種多功能、多用途、多量程數(shù)字化阻抗測試儀器。它是根據(jù)串聯(lián)諧振原理，以電壓比值刻度Q值的。它能測量高頻電感器的Q值，電感量和分布電容量；電容器的電容量和損耗角。配以夾具BH916介質(zhì)損耗裝置還能對固態(tài)絕緣材料的高頻介質(zhì)損耗（tanδ）和介電常數(shù)（ε），高頻回路有效并聯(lián)及串聯(lián)電阻，傳輸線的特性阻抗等進行測試。本Q表依照國家計量檢定規(guī)程：“JJF1073-2000高頻Q表校準(zhǔn)規(guī)范”執(zhí)行。

BH916 介質(zhì)損耗測試裝置（數(shù)顯）

   BH916D介質(zhì)損耗測試裝置與C類Q表及電感器配用，能對絕緣材料進行高頻介質(zhì)損耗角正切值（tanδ）和介電常數(shù)（ε）的測試。它符合國標(biāo)GB/T 1409-2006,GB/T 1693-2007,美標(biāo)ASTM D150以及IEC60250規(guī)范要求。
  本測試裝置是由測微平板電容器組成，平板電容器一般用來夾被測樣品，配用Q表作為指示儀器。絕緣材料的損耗角正切值是通過被測樣品放進平板電容器和不放進樣品的Q值變化和厚度的刻度讀數(shù)變化通過公式計算得到。同樣，由平板電容器的刻度讀數(shù)變化，通過公式計算得到介電常數(shù)。
